Upowszechnianie kultury Pomorza na terenie kraju i za granicą, w szczególności w państwach nadbałtyckich, prezentacja w województwie pomorskim i w kraju osiągnięć kulturalnych innych państw, głównie z basenu Morza Bałtyckiego.

Realizacja projektów o zasięgu międzynarodowym, ogólnopolskim i regionalnym - wystawy, koncerty, sesje literackie i naukowe oraz spotkania z twórcami kultury. Działalność wydawnicza (książki zawierające materiały z sesji, katalogi wystaw, foldery i inne druki).

Prawie każdy projekt Nadbałtyckiego Centrum Kultury ma wymiar międzykulturowy. Realizujemy Festiwal Kultur Świata, który jest kwintesencją multikulturowości, ale wszystkie inne projekty NCK mają na celu edukowanie odbiorcy i otwieranie go na dialog międzykulturowy.

Almost every project of the Baltic Sea Center for Culture has an intercultural dimension. We carry out the Festival of World Cultures, which is the essence of multiculturalism, but all other projects of the Baltic Sea Culture Center are intended to educate a recipient and open him to an intercultural dialogue.
