The Chopin University Big Band is an ensemble of the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw; its band leader and artistic director is Piotr Kostrzewa. Since 2006, they have been performing both at festivals, for example, La Folle Journée in Nantes, Crazy Days of Music in Warsaw, Jazz Jamboree Festival or Warsaw Autumn Festival, and in the largest concert halls: NOSPR in Katowice, the Baltic Philharmonic, the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic, the Warsaw Philharmonic, the Łódź Philharmonic or the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera.
Among the artists with whom they performed on stage and in recording studios, there are such prominent names as B. Trzetrzelewska, K. Dębski, H. Miśkiewicz, D. Miśkiewicz, A. Sztaba, Z. Namysłowski, G. Goodwin, Grupa MoCarta, K. Badach, J. Szrom, Ł. Lipski, S. Uniatowski, A. Wilczyńska, D. Bereza, V. Buczek, N. Kukulska, K. Cerekwicka, Ł. Zagrobelny, R. Rynkowski, D. Błażejczyk, W. Myrczek, M. Borzym, A. Dąbrowski or U. Dudziak. The ensemble has also recorded the following albums: L‘histoire du big band; Classic on Jazz; Big Band – Swingujące Święta; I Got Rhythm and Dance; Frank Sinatra. 100-lecie urodzin,and has participated in J. Majewski’s documentary film Jazz Outsider and in the Sinatra 100+ show at the 6th Floor Theatre. Moreover, the Chopin University Big Band accompanies the participants of The Voice of Poland.
Finalist of the Ladies Jazz Festival Gdynia 2020, winner of the second prize at the Złota Tarka festival. In 2024, she sang at the Festival in Opole in the Debuts category. Natalia is also a finalist of the Mam Talent TVN show and a quarter-finalist of The Voice of Poland.
