The program is intended for young creators from Central and Eastern Europe, with a priority on Belarus and Ukraine.

Creators representing the following fields are eligible to apply for the six-month scholarship in Poland: film, photography, heritage conservation, literature/translation, music, visual arts, theater, and art, theater and film criticism.
